Here are some common Microsoft Access shortcut keys along with their explanations:


1. Ctrl + N: New Database

   - Opens a new blank database file in Microsoft Access.


2. Ctrl + O: Open Database

   - Opens an existing database file in Microsoft Access.


3. Ctrl + S: Save Database

   - Saves the changes made to the current database file.


4. F12: Save As

    - Opens the property sheet for the selected control (in forms and reports).


22. F11: Database Window

    - Opens or closes the database window, which allows you to switch between different objects in the database.
